The soft ricotta cake in an air fryer is a delicious cake that is very easy to make.
Without yeast and flour, it is soft and moist and makes a perfect end to a meal, but also for breakfast and snack time, with few, simple ingredients, yet so delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cups ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cup sugar
- 3/5 cup cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
Preparation of the Soft Ricotta Cake in Air Fryer
Drain the ricotta well from its preserving liquid.
In a large bowl, put the ricotta and sugar and mix with a spoon until you have a creamy mixture.Add the vanilla extract, mix, and add the eggs.
Once you have a uniform mixture, incorporate the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 7-inch diameter cake pan, or lined with a sheet of parchment paper, and level it.Cook in an air fryer at 338°F for twenty-five minutes.
Let it cool in the pan and then serve your soft ricotta cake in the air fryer sprinkled with powdered sugar to taste.
