3-Ingredient Cocoa Spread

in ,

The 3-ingredient cocoa spread is a delicious, clever spread that’s extremely easy and quick to prepare.

With only three healthy, natural ingredients, lactose-free, egg-free and gluten-free, it’s perfect for indulging a little without too much guilt and is ready in just a few minutes. You only need unsweetened cocoa powder, water and honey (or agave syrup for a vegan version, or stevia or another sweetener according to your taste), and a blender to make in moments a tasty and wholesome spread, perfect to smear on bread, crispbreads, or to fill desserts. The amount of honey you use will allow you to obtain a spread more or less sweet, from a nearly dark-chocolate taste to a less intense one.
