Ingredients
- 10.5 oz cod
- 7 oz potatoes
- 3 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley (chopped)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Cod with Tomatoes and Potatoes in Air Fryer
Peel the potatoes and slice them with a mandoline or a smooth-bladed knife to a thickness of a few millimeters.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.Gather the potatoes and cherry tomatoes in a bowl and season them with the chopped garlic clove, chopped parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
Spread them in a tray suitable for your air fryer.Add the cod.
Cook everything at 356°F for eighteen minutes.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your cod with cherry tomatoes and potatoes in the air fryer.

You can use either fresh or frozen cod for this recipe.
