A traditional recipe, which as such, has infinite “variants” for every family, very simple to prepare, in a single pot, rich in flavor and perfect for everyday lunch or dinner.

Peas belong to the legume family and are characterized by a high content of water, fiber, folic acid, vitamin C, and minerals. They have diuretic, invigorating, and energizing effects, also helping to reduce blood cholesterol levels. In cooking, they are very versatile, but their combination with pasta optimizes protein assimilation.
