Air Fryer Potato Skewers

Air fryer potato skewers are a delicious side dish, easy and quick to prepare.

Very simple, with ingredients almost always available in the pantry, tasty and perfect for any occasion, for family dinner, with friends, for a buffet dinner, etc. they are prepared in minutes, with a few simple steps.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • herbs or spices (optional: rosemary, oregano, paprika, etc.)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Air Fryer Potato Skewers

  • Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into slices about a quarter inch thick.
    Skewer the slices of potatoes onto two wooden skewers, keeping them slightly apart.

  • Spray them with two puffs of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and herbs of your choice.
    Place a suitable rectangular baking tray in the air fryer basket on which the skewers can rest without squashing the potatoes.

  • Then place the skewers in the air fryer, resting the ends on the tray and cook at 375°F for fifteen minutes.
    Serve immediately, piping hot.
