Ingredients
- 2 fennel
- 1.75 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2.82 oz black olives
- 1.06 oz grated cheese
- 1.77 oz breadcrumbs
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparing Tyrrehenian Fennel
Clean the fennel by removing the stalks and cutting the base, then wash them and cut into thin wedges, collecting them in a large bowl.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add to the fennel.Clean the onion and cut into wedges, then add to the bowl.
Add the olives and season everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, chopped parsley, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
Also add the grated cheese and breadcrumbs and mix again.Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and pour the prepared mixture, leveling it to avoid overlapping the vegetables.
Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 374°F for twenty-five minutes.
Serve immediately, your Tyrrehenian fennel hot.
