The crunchy Nutella roll is an irresistible dessert made with phyllo dough that is easy and quick to prepare.
Crunchy on the outside with a soft filling of Nutella and hazelnut crumbs, it is made with few ingredients and in a few minutes to satisfy that sudden craving for something sweet at any time of the day, delicious and irresistible to the palate of both young and old.

Ingredients
- 2 sheets phyllo dough
- Nutella
- butter
- hazelnut crumbs
Preparation of the crunchy Nutella roll
Melt a knob of butter in a small pan over low heat.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough on the work surface, brush it with some of the melted butter, and cover it with the other sheet of phyllo dough, matching them up.Spread two or three tablespoons of Nutella on top, spreading it gently with the back of the spoon until the phyllo dough is covered, but staying one centimeter away from the edge.
Sprinkle some hazelnut crumbs over the Nutella and then roll the dough until you have a roll.Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it with the remaining melted butter.
Sprinkle with more hazelnut crumbs and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for about ten minutes, until you get your preferred level of browning.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and serve your crunchy Nutella roll.
