Colorful Chard Tart

The colorful chard tart is a tasty side dish or main course made with vegetables, easy to make and very appetizing.

Colorful chard is a variety of Swiss chard characterized by the red, yellow or orange color of the stems, and is rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants, vitamins A and C, calcium, sodium, and fiber. The more tender leaves can also be eaten raw in salads, but more often find use in cooking after being boiled, as well as sautéed in a pan, or, for example, as filling for savory pies or main courses.

In the recipe below, they form the base of a tart with eggs and cheeses, a very flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.
