Spicy Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

Spicy air fryer chicken drumsticks are a tasty meat main course, easy and quick to prepare.

Perfect for any occasion, for a family lunch or dinner with friends, they are ready in a few minutes and, after a bit of marinating in the fridge, they are ready to be cooked in the air fryer for just half an hour, perfectly cooked, tasty, and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 1.87 lbs chicken drumsticks (4 large)
  • 2 tbsps mustard
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp herbs
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Half tbsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation of Spicy Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

  • Remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks and place them in a bowl.
    Add the extra virgin olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and massage the seasoning onto the chicken with your hands to fully coat it.

  • Seal the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge for at least an hour.
    After the resting time, place the chicken drumsticks in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook them at 375°F for half an hour, turning them halfway through cooking.
    Serve your spicy air fryer chicken drumsticks immediately, piping hot.
