Ingredients
- 1 lbs chicken breast (whole)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 5.3 oz scamorza
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
How to Prepare Baked Chicken Pizzaiola
Cut the chicken breast into chunks.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges.Cut the scamorza into cubes, set aside a third, and place the rest in a bowl with the chicken chunks and tomato wedges.
Add oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and salt to the bowl and mix thoroughly.Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 356°F in static mode for fifteen minutes.
After this time, sprinkle the reserved scamorza cubes over the baking dish and cook in grill mode for another five minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your baked chicken pizzaiola.
