Ingredients for the coffee yogurt cubes

  • 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 3 teaspoons stevia

Preparation of coffee yogurt cubes

  • Weigh and measure all the ingredients, pour them into a bowl and stir well until everything is well blended and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  • With the help of the teaspoon, pour the mixture into the ice molds (it yields 14 rectangular cubes).

  • Place the ice mold with the coffee yogurt in the freezer and let it rest for at least 4 hours.

  • Once they are well solidified, you can extract the cubes from the molds and store them in a bag and, of course, in the freezer always ready for use!

  • You can use the coffee yogurt cubes as small refreshing mini popsicles or to flavor milk or enrich a good coffee!
