Ingredients
- 12.3 oz ground meat
- 2 slices stale bread
- 1 egg
- 1 oz grana cheese (grated)
- 3.5 oz cooked ham (sliced)
- 3.5 oz scamorza cheese
- milk

Preparation of Meatloaf in Air Fryer
Break the stale bread into small pieces in a bowl and let it soak in milk.
Slice the scamorza cheese thinly.
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, 1 oz of grated grana cheese, the well-squeezed stale bread, and a pinch of salt.
Knead everything together until you get a homogeneous mixture.Place a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface, pour the prepared mixture onto it, and spread it with your hands to form a rectangle about half an inch thick.
Lay the cooked ham slices on the rectangle and then distribute the sliced scamorza cheese over the ham.
Using the bottom sheet of paper, roll the meat from the longer side of the rectangle to form your meatloaf, sealing the edges well.Brush it with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and cook it in the air fryer at 356°F for thirty minutes, turning it halfway through cooking for more even cooking.
Serve your meatloaf in an air fryer with roasted potatoes, salad, or another side dish of your choice.
