Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Air fryer roasted potatoes are a tempting side dish, easy and quick to prepare.

Ready in less than twenty minutes, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and light because they’re made with little oil, they are perfect for accompanying any type of main course, meat or fish, but also surprisingly delicious to enjoy during an aperitif with friends.

Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs potatoes
  • rosemary
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
    If you have time, put them in a bowl, cover them with cold water, and let them rest for half an hour to lose some starch, otherwise skip this step.

  • Put them in a bowl and season with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt, and chopped rosemary, and mix thoroughly.

  • Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for twelve minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times to cook evenly.
    Serve your air fryer roasted potatoes immediately, piping hot.
