The quick focaccia in air fryer is a focaccia without rising times, easy and quick to prepare.
An easy and quick dough to make using only a spoon or a spatula, a few minutes to season it, and cooking in the air fryer, and in about half an hour, you’ll have your tasty and irresistible focaccia, perfect, soft, and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- Half tsp sugar
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- black olives
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Quick Focaccia in Air Fryer
In a large bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast for savory preparations, half a teaspoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of salt.
Separately, mix 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the water provided by the recipe.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the liquids in slowly, stirring with a spatula or a spoon, until you get a soft and creamy mixture.
Oil a baking pan suitable for air fryer cooking with a diameter of 9 inches and pour the prepared mixture into it.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and arrange them on the surface of the focaccia.Add the olives, then salt the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle everything with a bit of oregano.
Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook in the air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for eighteen minutes, then cover the focaccia with a sheet of aluminum foil and let it cook for another eight minutes at the same temperature.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your quick focaccia in the air fryer.
Notes
You can also bake the focaccia in a traditional oven, in static mode at 392°F (200°C), for twenty minutes on the lowest rack and then for another fifteen minutes on the middle rack.
