Air Fryer Meatballs

Air fryer meatballs are a tasty main course, light and easy to make.

Crunchy on the outside and soft inside, delicious and flavorful like fried ones, air fryer meatballs have the advantage of being prepared without oil, making them light and healthy, in an easy and quick way, with simple ingredients, a perfect dish for the whole family, for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs ground meat (mixed)
  • 2 slices stale bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1.8 oz grana cheese (grated)
  • milk
  • parsley
  • salt

Preparation of Air Fryer Meatballs

  • Break the slices of stale bread and soak them in a bit of milk.
    In a large bowl, place the ground meat.

  • Add the bread squeezed from the milk, grated grana cheese, a bit of chopped parsley, and the egg.
    Salt and mix thoroughly until you create a homogeneous mixture.

  • Take a small amount of the mixture at a time and form walnut-sized meatballs that you will place directly on the air fryer rack, keeping them slightly apart without overlapping (if your air fryer is not very large, it may be necessary to cook them in two batches).

  • Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 392°F for twenty minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
    Serve them hot.
