Ingredients

  • 14 oz potatoes
  • 2 sausages
  • rosemary
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Sausage and Potatoes in Air Fryer

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
    Place them in a bowl and season with a little extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, and salt, mixing thoroughly.

  • Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook them at 392°F for ten minutes.
    Meanwhile, cut the sausages into slices.

  • After the ten minutes of potato cooking, add the sausage and continue cooking at the same temperature for another ten minutes.
    Serve your sausages with the potatoes from the air fryer immediately, while hot.
