Dates with pistachio and chocolate are irresistible sweets, easy to make and very delicious.
Dates are a type of indulgent dried fruit that are always present on the holiday table. They provide numerous benefits thanks to the fiber they contain, which helps reduce cholesterol, are laxative, and protect against colon cancer.
In the following recipe, they are stuffed with delicious pistachio cream and covered with dark chocolate and pistachio crumbles, making them irresistible: one leads to another!

Ingredients
- 12 dates
- 1/4 cup pistachio spread
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate
- pistachio crumbles
- butter
Preparation of Dates with Pistachio and Chocolate
Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave with a pat of butter.
Make a lateral cut in each date and remove the pit.Put the pistachio spread in a disposable pastry bag or a paper cone and fill the pitted dates.
Dip them in the melted chocolate, covering them on all sides, then let them cool by placing them on a rack and sprinkling them with a bit of pistachio crumbles.
Once the chocolate has set, serve your dates with pistachio and chocolate.Store them in the fridge and consume them within a couple of days.
