Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsps potato starch
- 0.88 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Half packet baking powder (half packet)
- 1.76 oz dark chocolate chips
Preparation of lactose-free chocolate cookies
Put the flour, potato starch, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Make a well in the center and pour in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and the egg, mix these three ingredients with a fork and then gradually incorporate the powders. When the liquids are absorbed, knead by hand until you get a firm and homogeneous dough.
Add the chocolate chips and continue kneading until they are well incorporated into the dough.
Form balls of dough slightly larger than a cherry and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping them spaced apart.Flatten them slightly and gently with your fingers, then bake your lactose-free chocolate cookies in a preheated static oven at 356°F for fifteen minutes.
Take them out, let them cool on a wire rack and store them in tin or airtight containers for four or five days at most.
