Homemade apple juice is a delicious drink that’s very easy to make.
You only need a small pot, an immersion blender (or a regular one), and if you want it less thick, a strainer, ripe apples, and not much more for a healthy and natural juice, without preservatives, perfect for kids but also for adults (maybe you want to prepare the apple mulled cider?).

Ingredients
- 18 oz apples
- 2 ½ cups water
- cup sugar
- cup lemon juice
Homemade Apple Juice Preparation
In a small pot, dissolve the sugar in water and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into pieces.After ten minutes of cooking, add them to the pot, also add the lemon juice, and cook for another five minutes.
Use an immersion blender to blend everything until you get a smooth mixture, your juice.If you want less thick apple juice, strain the mixture with a sieve.
Store it in sterilized glass bottles for up to a week in the refrigerator.
