The soft tart base without lactose is a fluffy, easy-to-make base that’s perfect for filling.
Lactose and dairy-free, made with seed oil, it’s ideal for those with lactose intolerance who can’t use classic lactose-free products, and can be filled with jams, lactose-free creams (such as the lactose-free custard you can find HERE), and whatever your imagination suggests, crunchy outside but with a soft heart, prepared with a tart pan with a raised bottom.
