Tuna stuffed peppers are a tasty main course that’s easy to make.
A delicious filling of tuna and a few other ingredients for a very appetizing dish, perfect for any occasion, rich in flavor both hot and cold, making them perfect to prepare in advance.

Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 7 oz tuna in oil
- 1 egg
- 2 slices stale bread
- 3 fillets anchovies
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Tuna Stuffed Peppers Preparation
Cut the bread into pieces, place it in a bowl and soak it with some water.
Break up the anchovy fillets and set them aside.
Wash the bell peppers under running water, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the seeds and filaments.
Drain the tuna from its oil and place it in a bowl.Squeeze the bread soaked in water and add it to the tuna.
Mix everything with a fork, and add the egg, a pinch of salt, and some chopped parsley.
Mix thoroughly and add the anchovy fillets, incorporating them into the mixture.Place the prepared pepper halves in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
Stuff them with the prepared mixture.
Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, and pour a cup of water at the bottom of the baking dish.Bake in a preheated static oven at 355°F (180°C) for thirty-five minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your tuna stuffed peppers hot or cold, according to your tastes.
