Ingredients
- 4 nectarines
- 7 oz prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 10.5 oz mozzarella
- mixed greens
- balsamic vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Raw Ham and Peach Salad
Wash the greens and let them dry.
Wash the peaches, dry them, and cut them into thin wedges.
Drain the mozzarella from its preserving liquid and cut it into pieces.Cut each slice of prosciutto in half and then roll each half onto itself, forming little roses.
Assemble your raw ham and peach salad like this: place some greens on the bottom of each plate, then distribute the peach slices and prosciutto roses. Finally, add the mozzarella pieces and dress everything with extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar, and a little salt.
Serve your fresh peach and raw ham salad immediately.
