Ingredients
- 8.5 oz tuna in oil
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 8.8 oz mozzarella
- 1 red onion
- basil
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Caprese Tuna Salad
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges or halves depending on their size.
Collect them in a bowl and add the tuna well-drained and flaked.Clean the onion and slice it.
Add it to the tuna.
Drain the mozzarella well and cut it into pieces.Add it to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and season everything with torn basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
Mix and serve your caprese tuna salad.
