Baked feta is a vegetarian main course, incredibly easy to prepare and very tasty.
Typical of Greek cuisine, it’s quick to make with few ingredients and full of flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 28 oz feta (divided into four pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 30 black olives (pitted)
- basil
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
How to Prepare Baked Feta
Pat the feta dry with a bit of kitchen paper.
Grease a large baking dish or four small ones and place the cheese pieces in them without overlapping.Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and cut them into wedges or halves depending on size.
Add them to the dishes.
Clean the red onion, slice it, and add it along with the olives.Season with some torn basil leaves, a bit of oregano, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for twenty minutes, then switch to grill mode for another five minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your baked feta.
