Ingredients

  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 9 oz cherry tomatoes
  • Half red onion
  • oregano
  • white wine vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Cherry Tomato Salad in Lettuce Leaves

  • Clean the onion, chop it into small pieces, gathering everything in a bowl.
    Drizzle it with a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and cover it with cold water.
    Let it rest.

  • Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and place them in a glass or bowl.
    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
    Distribute the cherry tomato wedges in the lettuce leaves.

  • Drain the onion well, place it on the cherry tomatoes and season everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano.
    Serve your cherry tomato salad in lettuce leaves.
