Greek Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3.5 oz feta
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1.4 oz black olives
  • Half red onion
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Greek Stuffed Tomatoes

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top, and gently hollow them out using a spoon.
    Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces.

  • Place it in a bowl.
    Thinly slice the onion and add it to the cucumbers.
    Add the diced feta, black olives, and season everything with oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.

  • Gently mix, then use the prepared mixture to stuff the tomatoes.
    Serve your Greek stuffed tomatoes immediately.
