Ingredients
- 4 zucchini
- 7 oz prosciutto
- 1 clove garlic
- rosemary
- white wine vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Zucchini and Prosciutto
Wash the zucchini, trim them, and slice them thinly lengthwise.
Heat a grill or a griddle and cook the zucchini for a few minutes on each side.Put four or five tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl or glass.
Add a teaspoon of white wine vinegar, some chopped rosemary, the peeled garlic clove, and a pinch of salt, and emulsify everything with a fork.Arrange the slices of zucchini alternating with the prosciutto slices on a serving dish.
Drizzle everything with the prepared emulsion and serve your plate of zucchini and prosciutto.
