It is a very simple dish, made with lettuce, chicken, cheese flakes, and croutons, dressed with a simple yogurt sauce. Simple and delicious ingredients for this iconic salad, very easy to prepare. A cold dish perfect for lunch or dinner, to be enjoyed even outside the home, tasty and irresistible.

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz chicken breast (sliced)
- 10.5 oz lettuce
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- lemon juice (from half a lemon)
- grana cheese flakes
- croutons
- chives
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Caesar Salad
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, a bit of chives, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and set aside.
Wash the lettuce and let it dry.Grill the chicken slices on a hot grill, on all sides, until golden.
Let them cool slightly and cut into pieces.Gather the lettuce, chicken pieces, grana cheese flakes, and croutons in a bowl, adjust the salt, and dress with the prepared yogurt sauce.
Serve your Caesar salad immediately.
