Homemade peach juice is a delicious juice, very easy to prepare.
Without artificial colors and preservatives, with simple ingredients, a delicious juice perfect for breakfast or a snack, very easy to prepare. If you intend to store it for a long time, proceed with sterilizing the bottles after bottling according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health on the preparation of homemade preserves (which you can find by clicking HERE) and following the instructions in the recipe itself.

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs peaches
- 4.2 cups water
- 7 oz sugar
- lemon juice (from half a lemon)
Preparation of Homemade Peach Juice
In a pot, put the water with the sugar, set it on the heat and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and let it cook for another ten minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the peaches, remove the pits, and cut them into pieces.Add them to the pot with the lemon juice.
Bring it back to a boil, lower the heat again, and let it cook for another ten minutes, then turn off.
Use an immersion blender to puree everything.Strain the obtained mixture with a sieve and transfer it into sterilized bottles.
Let it cool completely, then store in the refrigerator and consume your homemade peach juice within a few days.
To store it longer, place the bottles in a tall and large pot wrapped in a clean cloth.Cover them with water and set on the heat.
Let it cook for thirty minutes from the moment it boils, then let the bottles cool in the water before removing them, drying them, and storing them in a cool and dry place for six months.
