Ingredients
- 6 cucumbers
- 7 oz feta
- 5 oz cherry tomatoes
- Half red onion
- black olives (pitted)
- oregano
- white wine vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the Greek Cucumber Salad
Clean the onion, slice it into rings, place it in a bowl, add a tablespoon of white wine vinegar, and cover everything with cold water.
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into pieces.Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Dice the feta.
Put the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in a bowl with the olives, add the drained onion, a bit of oregano, extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of white wine vinegar, and salt.Mix thoroughly, then add the feta and mix gently.
Let your Greek cucumber salad rest in the fridge for at least ten minutes before serving.
