Chocolate and Nutella Pavesini Cake

The chocolate and Nutella Pavesini cake is an irresistible no-bake cake, very easy to prepare.

A shell of delicious cocoa Pavesini filled with a cream of mascarpone, whipped cream, and Nutella, fresh and yummy: a truly irresistible treat!

Ingredients

  • 2.1 oz cocoa Pavesini
  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp Nutella (generous + extra for decoration)
  • milk

Preparation of the chocolate and nutella pavesini cake

  • In a large bowl, using an electric whisk, whip the cold refrigerator cream with the mascarpone and Nutella until you get a thick and compact cream.
    Line the bottom of an 18 cm (7-inch) springform pan with parchment paper.

  • Place a little cold refrigerator milk in a small bowl.
    Quickly soak the Pavesini in the milk before placing them on the bottom and sides of the pan.
    Pour the prepared cream into the prepared biscuit shell, leveling it.

  • Gently fold the Pavesini over the cream and cover the cake with some plastic wrap.
    Let it rest in the freezer for at least an hour (or in the fridge for at least 3 hours).
    When serving your chocolate and Nutella Pavesini cake, gently transfer it to a serving plate and decorate as desired with a bit more Nutella.
