Ingredients
- 10.5 oz pasta
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 9 oz salami (in one piece)
- 9 oz mozzarella
- 3.5 oz green olives (pitted)
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparing the cold pasta with salami, cherry tomatoes, and olives
Wash the cherry tomatoes, and cut them into wedges.
Cut the mozzarella well-drained from its preservation liquid into pieces.
Cut the salami into cubes.Gather everything in a bowl, add the pitted green olives, season with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.Drain it al dente using a colander and rinse it under a stream of cold running water to cool it down.
Drain it well, add it to the dressing, sprinkle with some oregano, and mix thoroughly.
Let your pasta salad with salami, cherry tomatoes, and olives rest in the refrigerator until serving time.
