Ingredients for Banana Truffles
- 5.6 oz dry biscuits
- 1 banana
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation of Banana Truffles
Finely chop the biscuits with a food processor and place them in a bowl.
On a plate, mash the banana well with a fork and add it to the biscuits.Knead thoroughly with energy until you get a homogeneous but soft mixture.
Place some unsweetened cocoa powder on a flat plate.Form balls with the prepared mixture and roll them in the cocoa powder until they are perfectly covered on all sides.
Place your banana truffles on a plate or tray and let them cool in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm bananas for this recipe.
