The Parisian pizza with zucchini is a tasty savory pie, easy to make.
Very quick if made with a ready-made pizza base and a fresh rectangular puff pastry roll, it is perfect for lunch outside the home, at the office, at the beach, or on a trip, but also for an informal dinner or to enrich the buffet of a party, with few, easy ingredients and a very simple preparation process.

Ingredients
- 1 pizza base (ready-made)
- 1 roll puff pastry (fresh rectangular)
- 2 zucchini (medium)
- 6 oz smoked cheese
- 4 oz cooked ham
- 1 egg yolk
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Parisian Pizza with Zucchini
Wash the zucchini, trim them, and slice them into thin slices.
Collect them in a bowl and salt them.
Cut the smoked cheese into thin slices.
Unroll the pizza base and place it in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Cover its surface with a layer of cooked ham.Then create a layer with the zucchini, season them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and then add the slices of smoked cheese.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it over the filling, then seal the edges of the pizza base and the pastry by folding them inward and pressing them with the tines of a fork.
Pierce the surface of the pastry with the fork as well.Beat the egg yolk with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl and brush it over the pastry.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F with fan mode for eighteen minutes, until golden.
Remove from the oven and serve your Parisian pizza with zucchini hot or cold, depending on your taste and the season.
