Boiled chicken breast is a basic preparation for many recipes, but also a light main course.
Great for those on a diet, but also, when seasoned in the right way, an ideal dish for example in summer, accompanied by grilled seasonal vegetables or to prepare lighter, yet equally tasty chicken salads. The trick is to correctly prepare the boiled chicken breast so it doesn’t turn out dry or stringy.
