No-Bake Strawberry Pastries

The no-bake strawberry pastries are delicious treats, easy and quick to prepare.

Strawberries, the symbol of spring, are sweet and juicy, making them irresistible. The combination with cream is undeniable! These pastries, made with ladyfingers, are delightful and indulgent, ready in minutes and perfect for any occasion, from dessert, to snack, to a party buffet or unexpected guests.

Ingredients

  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 3.5 oz strawberries (+ extra for decorating the pastries)
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • strawberry jam
  • leaves mint (for decorating)

How to Prepare the No-Bake Strawberry Pastries

  • Wash the strawberries and cut 3.5 oz into small pieces.
    Place them in a blender and blend until very liquid, then strain the result and collect it in a small bowl.
    Whip the cream very cold from the refrigerator until stiff peaks form and place it in a pastry bag with a small star nozzle.

  • Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on the flat side of a ladyfinger, cover it with a layer of whipped cream, and close with another ladyfinger.

  • Prepare all the pastries this way, then quickly dip them in the strawberry juice prepared earlier and arrange them on a tray without overlapping.
    Cut some strawberries into thin slices.
    Decorate the surface of the pastries with a little more cream, the sliced strawberries, and a few fresh mint leaves and serve.

Notes

For convenience, you can arrange the pastries in oval cups to make them easier to handle.
