Mediterranean Fennel in Air Fryer

Mediterranean fennel in the air fryer is a delicious side dish that’s super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 fennel
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 15 black olives (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Pecorino cheese (grated)
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Mediterranean Fennel in Air Fryer

  • Clean the fennel by cutting the base, removing the stems and any damaged outer leaves, then cut them into thin wedges.
    Wash them well and dry them, then gather them in a bowl.

  • Add the grated cheeses, a little oregano, and a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.
    Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and add them to the fennel.
    Also add the pitted black olives and dress everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, mixing thoroughly.

  • Distribute the mixture in the air fryer basket covered with baking paper or use an air fryer tray of a size suitable for your air fryer.
    Cook at 392°F for eight minutes, remove, and serve your Mediterranean fennel in the air fryer.
