Blended banana ice cream or nana ice cream is an easy-to-make and very delicious dessert.
Healthy and lactose-free, egg-free, preservative-free, and gluten-free, homemade without an ice cream maker, it’s a faux ice cream with all the creaminess of the real one, very simple to prepare, which also transforms into the perfect base for other flavored ice creams, fruit-based or chocolate. It involves using frozen bananas as the main ingredient and blending them on their own or with other fruit or some cocoa and little else to obtain irresistibly good ice cream.

Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 tablespoons water
- honey (to taste)
Preparation of Blended Banana Ice Cream
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
Put them in a food bag and store them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.After this time, transfer them to a blender with the water and honey to taste according to your preferences (if you are vegan, you can use dates instead of honey).
Blend in short bursts until your mixture has the creamy consistency typical of ice cream.
Serve your blended banana ice cream immediately.
