Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4.23 oz pecorino cheese
- 0.42 cups milk
- mint
- parsley
- chives
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the Herb Omelette
Coarsely chop a bunch of mint, a bunch of parsley, and some chives.
In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork.
Add the cheese, milk, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan.
Pour in the prepared mixture and cook for about ten minutes, turning your herb omelette halfway through cooking.
It is excellent both hot and cold.You can also opt for baking in the oven, by pouring the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, at 356°F in static mode for about half an hour.
It keeps well closed in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day.
