Preparation of the Soft Italian-Style Savory Tart
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Add the yogurt and vegetable oil.
Incorporate the flour and instant yeast for savory preparations.Once you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture, butter and flour a smart tart pan, 9.5 inches in diameter, and pour the prepared mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for twenty-five to thirty minutes, until perfectly golden and check with a toothpick to ensure it’s perfectly cooked.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before turning the soft tart onto a serving plate.Wash the mixed cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters depending on their size.
Spread the cheese in the tart’s hollow, leveling it.
Garnish with the cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls, and olives, drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and complete with the prosciutto crudo, rolling the slices to form little roses.
Serve your soft Italian-style tart immediately.
