Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 7 oz Nutella
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder for cakes
Preparation of the 5-Minute Nutella Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F in static mode to heat it up.
Put the milk in a saucepan and when it is hot, add the Nutella and stir thoroughly to melt it.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking powder for cakes.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and gradually add the milk and Nutella mixture, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Butter and flour a 9-inch diameter cake pan and pour in the prepared mixture.Bake for thirty-five minutes, then do the toothpick test to check if the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out dry, the cake is done; otherwise, extend the baking time a little longer.
Remove from oven, let it cool, and serve your 5-minute Nutella cake, decorating it as desired with powdered sugar, more Nutella, etc., or enjoy it plain.
