Without rising times because it is made with instant yeast for savory preparations, it is perfect for a picnic, to take to the beach or the office for an out-of-home lunch, but also to enrich the buffet of a party, or for an informal dinner.

Ingredients
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1.75 oz green olives (pitted)
- 3 eggs
- 0.42 cup milk
- 4.7 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1.67 cups flour
- 1.4 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- oregano
- salt
Preparation of the Rustic Ring Cake with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives
In a large bowl, pour the flour, grated cheese, instant yeast for savory preparations, and a generous pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, then add the milk, vegetable oil, tomato paste and mix again.Make a well in the center of the bowl with flour and pour in the egg mixture, mixing with electric whisks to avoid lumps.
Add 1 oz of pitted green olives to the mixture and incorporate them with a spatula. Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and cut them in half.Grease and flour a 9.5-inch diameter ring cake mold and pour in the prepared mixture.
Arrange the tomatoes on top, keeping the cut side up, the remaining olives, and a sprinkle of oregano.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for thirty minutes your rustic ring cake with cherry tomatoes and olives.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and serve.
