Baked sea bass fillets are a tasty fish main course, light and easy to prepare. A recipe with few, tasty ingredients, simple and almost always present in the pantry, quick and easy, but with a rich and refined flavor, perfect for a dinner alone or with company, but also for a formal meal.
The sea bass, or European seabass, is a saltwater or brackish fish, with firm and tasty meat and few bones. It is widely used in many kitchen recipes.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs sea bass fillets (already cleaned)
- 3 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsps Parmesan (grated)
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of Baked Sea Bass Fillets
Rinse the sea bass fillets under running water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the skin side down on the paper and brush the surface of the fish with a little extra virgin olive oil.In a small bowl, place the breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
Clean the parsley with a damp paper towel, chop it, and add it to the bowl.
Chop the garlic and add it as well, then mix all the ingredients thoroughly.Sprinkle the created breadcrumb mixture over the fish fillets, covering them entirely.
Finish with another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated static mode oven at 375°F for about ten minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately, very hot, your baked sea bass fillets.
