Ingredients for Paradise Donuts
- 1 egg
- 1.4 oz sugar
- 2 tsp milk
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.4 oz potato starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin
- powdered sugar (for decorating)

Preparation of Paradise Donuts
Beat the egg with the sugar using an electric mixer until you have a light and fluffy mixture. Add the milk and the oil, without stopping the mixer, then incorporate the flour, potato starch, vanillin, and sifted baking powder with a spatula and gentle movements from bottom to top.
Brush the donut mold with a bit of oil and pour in the prepared mixture, filling them up to three-quarters of their capacity.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 340°F for about fifteen minutes, until golden.Remove from the oven, let cool completely, and then gently remove the paradise donuts from the mold.
Finish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and serve.
They can be stored under a cake dome or in an airtight container for a few days.
