Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast (sliced)
- 4.2 oz ham (sliced)
- 2.8 oz provola cheese (thinly sliced)
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Baked Chicken Rolls
Place the chicken slices on a sheet of parchment paper, slightly spaced apart, cover them with another sheet of parchment paper and with a meat tenderizer (or a rolling pin), pound them to thin them out (keeping them in the parchment paper will prevent breaking the fibers of the meat).
Remove the top parchment paper and cover each chicken slice with some ham and then some provola cheese, without overdoing it.Roll up the chicken slices starting from one of the shorter sides, form the roll and secure it with two toothpicks.
Transfer the prepared rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with some extra virgin olive oil.Sprinkle them with plenty of breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, and another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven, in static mode at 437°F, for about twenty minutes, until golden.
Remove from oven and serve your baked chicken rolls.
