Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Half onion
  • 7 cherry tomatoes
  • 1.8 oz black olives (pitted)
  • Half cup red wine
  • 2 leaves bay leaf
  • rosemary
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • flour
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Chicken Breast Hunter Style

  • Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
    Coat it with flour on all sides.
    Chop the onion, celery, and carrot.

  • Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a large pan.
    Add the chopped mix and let it sauté.
    Add the chicken, let it brown on all sides, and deglaze with red wine.

  • Add the broth, bay leaves, and adjust with salt.
    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
    When the chicken’s cooking liquid is reduced by half, add the cherry tomatoes and olives.
    Finish cooking and serve your Chicken Breast Hunter Style hot.
