Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs chicken breast (sliced)
  • 14.1 oz peeled cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsps olives (black or Taggiasca)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 fillets anchovies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • flour
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Chicken Breast alla Puttanesca

  • Coat the chicken slices in flour.
    Peel the garlic and chop the anchovy fillets.
    In a large pan, heat a splash of oil and let the peeled garlic clove brown and the anchovies melt.

  • Remove the garlic, add the chicken slices, and let them brown on both sides.
    Add the capers and olives, stir, and add the peeled cherry tomatoes.

  • Stir again to flavor, then cover the pan with a lid and let cook for about ten minutes, turning the chicken slices occasionally.
    Adjust salt to taste and serve your chicken breast alla puttanesca.
