The fennel decoction is a natural remedy against abdominal bloating, very simple to prepare.
The good habits of eating slowly and drinking plenty of water, as well as exercising at least twice a week, prevent abdominal bloating, but this is often also caused by haste, stress, and a sedentary lifestyle. The decoction, tea, or infusion made with fennel is an ancient natural digestive, purifying and anti-inflammatory remedy. To prepare it, simply use fennel seeds that you can find in well-stocked supermarkets.
