Ingredients
- 3 slices white sandwich bread
- 3.5 oz spinach, cooked, boiled (well-drained)
- 7 oz spreadable cheese
- pomegranate seeds
How to Make Tree-Shaped Canapés
Use a 2-inch diameter pastry cutter to cut out bread discs.
Place the spinach and spreadable cheese in a blender and process until smooth.
Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a star nozzle and pipe dollops of cream onto the bread discs.
Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and serve your tree-shaped canapés.
