Crunchy crostini of bread topped with cheese spread (you can also flavor it by adding spices and herbs of your choice), decorated with an elegant and fun bow made with a slice of salami and a pitted olive, easy and quick, perfect to accompany an aperitif or as an appetizer for a party or buffet.

Ingredients
- 8 bread crostini
- 8 slices Milano salami
- 8 green olives (pitted)
- 3.5 oz spreadable cheese
Preparation of Salami Bows
Spread the cheese on the crostini.
Make a vertical cut on each pitted olive starting from one of the holes towards the other without splitting them in half.Bring two opposite edges of each salami slice together making accordion folds, then secure them with the olive to form the bows.
Place a bow on each topped crostini and serve your salami bows.
